Meet Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen

Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen is a co-founder of Juniper Family Health Ltd. and has dedicated her practice to merging conventional medicine with evidence-based naturopathic care. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, helping individuals make informed decisions and take an active role in their care. Her practice combines conventional and functional testing, with treatments including herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle counseling, acupuncture, IV therapy, and pharmaceutical prescribing.

She maintains a general naturopathic practice with a focused interest in the areas of:

​

  • Reproductive and Hormonal Health: including preconception, infertility, perinatal loss, pregnancy, postpartum care, thyroid conditions, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause

  • Childhood and Infant Wellness

  • Chronic Health Concerns: such as digestive issues, eczema, acne, metabolic health disorders, fatigue, anxiety, depression and burnout.

Dr. van Drimmelen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina and completed her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (now the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine – Boucher Campus) in 2012. She is licensed with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia and holds certifications in prescriptive authority, acupuncture, and IV therapy. Dr. van Drimmelen has also completed advanced naturopathic training in gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, fertility acupuncture, and midlife hormonal health, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).
